The first impression is always the best impression. However, discolored,
poorly shaped or damaged teeth can spoil a first impression and create a
negative impression. This is why Dr. Mark Cruz provides his patients
with the “smile-saving” solution of porcelain veneers!
Porcelain veneers are ultra-thin shells made of ceramic material.
These are placed on the surface of the teeth to provide patients with
straight, bright and natural-looking smiles. In addition, porcelain is
very durable. It also has the texture, color and translucence of natural
tooth enamel. This gives patients the advantage of not having to worry
about decay or staining. Veneers will make sure your smile remains
naturally beautiful for many years to come!
With veneers, patients can get the ultimate smile makeover that
they have been longing for. Many of Dr. Cruz’s patients worry about
their smile because of cosmetic problems. These problems include cracks,
discoloration, misalignment, and chips. However, veneers can help
conceal these cosmetic imperfections. And since veneers are fitted on
top of the teeth, they can easily help create a balanced and dazzling
smile.
Veneers are also an excellent alternative to orthodontic
treatment. For patients who are unhappy with the alignment of their
teeth, braces might be an uncomfortable and “ugly” solution. Dr. Cruz
recommends porcelain veneers for such individuals because they can be
specially fitted to reshape crooked teeth and straighten out the smile.
