Providing fee for service, onsite and virtual physical, oral myofunctional and breathing therapies including consultation and delivery of treatment plan, therapeutic exercise and collaboration with patient providers including delivery of extensive evaluative and progress report documents.  Referrals initiated by airway-centric multi-disciplinary team members and patient self-referral.

Team members include but are not limited to dentists (adult and pediatric), orthodontists, pediatricians, neurologists, sleep physicians, pulmonologists, maxillofacial surgeons, ENTs, speech/language pathologists and oral myofunctional therapists in the greater Boise area and remotely primarily in Los Angeles and Orange Counties. 

Educating/managing patients and health care providers in treatment and consultation of acute to chronic head and neck pain with associated shoulder/thoracic postural dysfunction, temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMD), oral myofunctional disorders, headache sequelae, daytime dysfunctional breathing, upper airway restrictive syndrome/obstructive sleep apnea, orthopedic/sports injuries chronic lower airway/lung diagnoses including sequelae related to long COVID. Patient population includes pediatric to geriatric, pre/postoperative care for orthopedic surgeries including total joint replacements and spinal surgeries, pre/post-op orthognathic surgery, and pre/post frenuloplasty.  Treatment approaches include oral-myofunctional therapy (Academy of Oral Myofunctional Therapy), Buteyko Breathing Method/ Oxygen Advantage®, fascial manipulation (Stecco method®), postural respiration (Postural Restoration Institute®), Mary Massery coursework in breathing behavior and postural mechanics, craniofacial/cervical/TMD extensive training instructed by world renowned Mariano Rocabado via University of St. Augustine.  Current lecturer for Airway Mini-Residency (international dental organization), American Academy of Physiologic Medicine and Dentistry and local lectures for dental, medical and speech professionals.

Full time physical therapist; provided direct patient care services for acute in-patient and outpatients including physical therapy evaluation, treatment, team plan development, physical therapy aide supervision, patient/family/community education and communication about patient status/needs to physicians and case managers.  Patient referral sources derived from orthopedic and physical medicine physicians and physician assistants.  Common diagnoses included post-operative total joint and arthroscopic surgeries, trauma, spinal degenerative joint disease, and sport injuries.  Sole physical therapist treating infant torticollis and pediatric cases.  Participated in a year-long manual physical therapy course associated with the Kaiser Residency program. Provided Spanish speaking patient care.

Full time physical therapist for non-profit multi-disciplinary pediatric clinic specializing in sensory integration theory and practice for children with special needs.  Treatment was conducted both onsite and at public schools.  Team therapist for an early intervention program (18 month to 3-year-old population).  Foot/ankle orthotic prescription and management. Required yearlong coursework in Sensory Integration and Neuromuscular Reeducation provided by University of Southern California onsite.
