Pat has more than 25 years of experience in both periodontal and general dentistry. She started with Dr. Cruz in January 2001 and feels fortunate to be in such a high quality professional practice. Pat is here to help patients with scheduling, insurance and treatment coordination. Pat is one of the lucky ones who gets to do what she enjoys best, working with and helping people.
Linda Baird
Registered Dental Hygenist
I joined DR. Cruz’s practice in March 2011, and I am privileged to be the newest member of this outstanding team. We share the same goals and compassion for providing quality treatment in a caring, comfortable and ethical manner. I graduated in 2002 with my degree in dental hygiene from Cerritos College. Before receiving my degree I worked as a dental assistant and also did front office duties, so fuly understand and respect all aspects of the dental practice. It is important to me that my patients never feel lectured or nagged. Rather patients should be well informed about the condition of their oral health, how it affects their overall health and how to maintain healthy teeth and gums. I am a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association, California Dental Hygiene Association and the Orange County Dental Hygiene Association.
Kim Dunlop
Registered Dental Assistant
Kim began her career in dentistry with Dr. Cruz in May 2004. Shortly thereafter she attained her x-ray license and became a Registered Dental Assistant. Once a month Kim joins Dr. Cruz at a study club, “In Pursuit of Excellence,” and it has been an excellent learning environment. Kim truly enjoys working at Dr. Cruz’s office and building relationships with our wonderful patients.
Erica Crouch
Dental Assistant
Erica has been in the dental field for more than 14 years. She relocated to California over a year ago from St. Louis, Misouri and joined Dr. Cruz office shortly thereafter. Erica has the pleasure of helping patients find their best smiles while maintaining their oral health. She feels very lucky to have such a rewarding career! “Our patients are top notch”.
