Pat has more than 25 years of experience in both periodontal and general dentistry. She started with Dr. Cruz in January 2001 and feels fortunate to be in such a high quality professional practice. Pat is here to help patients with scheduling, insurance and treatment coordination. Pat is one of the lucky ones who gets to do what she enjoys best, working with and helping people.

Kim Dunlop
Registered Dental Assistant

Kim began her career in dentistry with Dr. Cruz in May 2004. Shortly thereafter, she attained her x-ray license and became a Registered Dental Assistant. Once a month Kim joins Dr. Cruz at a study club, “In Pursuit of Excellence,” and it has been an excellent learning environment. Kim truly enjoys working at Dr. Cruz’s office and building relationships with our wonderful patients.

Erica Crouch
Dental Assistant

Erica has been in the dental field for more than 14 years. She relocated to California over a year ago from St. Louis, Missouri and joined Dr. Cruz office shortly thereafter. Erica has the pleasure of helping patients find their best smiles while maintaining their oral health. She feels very lucky to have such a rewarding career! “Our patients are top notch”. Working with Dr. Cruz is always a great educational experience.

Carol T. RDH
Hygienist

Carol graduated from Pasadena City College with an AS degree in Dental Hygiene. Since 1993 Carol has continued to focus her interest and education in dentistry on Periodontal Therapy and learning the science and technology that continues to expand in our specialty. She is passionate about treating each patient with a caring and gentle touch. Her unique qualities of delivering high quality treatment with a gentle approach helps motivate our patients towards achieving better health. Aside from that, we simply love her.

In Carol's spare time she enjoys spending time with her two sons, family and friends, either at the beach, bike riding or trying out new restaurants.
